Senior Katie Sellers is featured in a national promotional video for the student-led, student-run fundraiser for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital called Up ‘til Dawn.
The video will not be featured on television, but will be shown to universities to promote the Up ‘til Dawn fundraiser.
Sellers was selected for the promotional video at the Collegiate Leadership Conference this summer.
“They were one person short for the commercial and asked me to do it on the spot,” Sellers said.
In the video, Sellers speaks about how she promotes and celebrates the Up ‘til Dawn fundraiser at Baker University.
Sellers hopes by being featured as a student from Baker University, the video will benefit Baker as well.
“I hope that people will see that even though we are a small school, we are still a large part of the program,” Sellers said.
