Baker University enrollment for interterm and the 2011 spring semester begins Nov.1 and ends Nov. 9.

While choosing an interterm class, students may notice seven newcourses that have never been offered during interterm before.

University Registrar Ruth Miller said interterm is a great time to try classes they would not usually take, like the new Conversational Chinese course.

For the spring semester, the new liberal studies courses are being piloted for sophomores.

Miller said it is important for students to create a backup plan during their advising sessions in case a course fills up before a student is eligible to enroll.

“I think it is important for students to be proactive with advising,” Miller said.
