The Baker University women's basketball team finished the regular season on top in the Heart of America Athletic Conference, earning an automatic bid to the NAIA National Tournament.
The No. 8 women's basketball team defeated Peru State College 97-77 on Saturday in the Collins Center. The Wildcats are now 24-4 on the season and 22-2 in the Heart of America Athletic Conference.

The No. 8 Baker women’s basketball team won its 10th-straight conference game Wednesday night. The visiting Wildcats defeated MidAmerica Nazarene, 72-60, moving to 23-4 overall and 21-2 in conference play.
The Baker women’s basketball team is now riding a seven-game winning streak after defeating Culver-Stockton College 73-47 on Thursday and Mount Mercy University 79-60 on Saturday.

After an 80-75 loss to Central Methodist University, the women's basketball team bounced back Saturday with a 103-63 home victory against Clarke University.

In their first meeting since the 2016 NAIA Fab Four, the No. 12 Baker Wildcats used a big fourth quarter to defeat the No. 14 Benedictine College Ravens 69-56 on Saturday in the Collins Center. The Wildcats have won six of their last nine against the Ravens and Baker improved to 9-2, 7-1 on the season.

The Baker women lost to MidAmerica Nazarene 49-35 in the NAIA National Championship game on Tuesday night in Independence, Missouri. The Wildcats finish their best season in program history at 28-9, and the seniors finish with 94 wins in their four years.
