The Wildcats enter the 2017 season with high hopes after a run to the National Championship game in the 2016 season. The Wildcats came away with a 31-27 win over No. 23 William Penn to start the season 1-0. Clarence Clark had a record breaking game by becoming the NAIA All-Time Leader in scoring with 526 points and counting.
