Two Baker students were caught urinating off the balcony of Horn and Markham apartments over the past few weeks, Dean of Students Cassy Bailey said.
The incidents are thought to be unrelated, and Bailey said she is unsure whether alcohol was involved or not.
The students, who are both thought to be male, could face community service and would be issued a warning, she said.
“If we had a student who was urinating and was found responsible, then it would be somewhat dependant on their record,” Bailey said. “They would be looking at some type of campus warning and around 10 hours of campus work if they don’t have a record.”
The reason these students would face such a punishment is because the college would consider it to be a violation of the code of conduct, Bailey said.
