Students embrace No-Shave November

Sophomore Levi Blaylock and junior Ryan Good are known around campus for their facial hair.

The men, both members of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity, believe that beards are not only an expression of manhood but a sign of power.

The two are participating in the month-long facial hair event, No-Shave November. The men are keeping their chins warm in hopes of gaining respect from their peers and a worthy set of chops to impress their friends and families.

Good also wants to stress the importance of Movember, another hairy event. Movember is a time for men to grown out their mustaches in hopes of raising awareness about male cancers and is popular in many European countries and Canada.

Here is what the men have to say about facial hair, No-Shave November and life in general.
