The Lambda chapter of Delta Delta Delta sorority is hosting a chili feed to raise for its philanthropy, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

The chili feed will be from 5-8 p.m on Nov. 20 at the sorority’s chapter house. In addition to the dinner, the chapter will host a homemade chili contest with a $5 entry fee.

Sophomore Erika Mallery, Delta Delta Delta’s philanthropy chair, is excited about the feed because of past success with the other events the sorority has hosted.

“I’m excited to see how many people come,” Mallery said. “We’ve reached out to our alumni and our parents, and all of the girls in the house are being really supportive and trying to help as much as they can.”
