SAC has organized a week’s worth of entertaining events March 24-28. The theme for the week is Beach Ball Bash.

“Beach Ball Bash is a week of entertainment geared toward getting the students excited about spring being here and finishing the semester strong,” Director of Student Life Randy Flowers said. “Hopefully the sun is shining and the weather cooperates.”

SAC executive board member Ashley Riniker said preparation for this event began in October.

“I am looking forward to the last night because it is going to be really cool, like the game show stuff,” Riniker said. “They are actually bringing in all this cool high-tech equipment.”

Both Riniker and Flowers are hoping for approximately 200 students for each event.

“We are advertising to the community, too, so we are trying to make it an even bigger deal,” Riniker said. “It will give people something to look forward (to by) having some fun events.”

Flowers said the Friday night event will include cash prizes.

“SAC has really set the bar high for providing quality entertainment and it will show,” Flowers said. “Branding this week of entertainment was not easy, but I really am proud of this year’s students.”
