College Kitchen: Breakfast Tortilla Bowls
Ingredients
- Eggs
- Turkey or Ham
- Cheese
- Milk
- Tortilla Bowls
- Mug
- Plate
- Salt and Pepper
- Vegetables (optional)
- Whisk or Fork
Step 1
Crack two eggs into the mug. Add a splash of milk. Scramble with fork or whisk.
Step 2
Add turkey (or ham), cheese and any vegetables you choose. Microwave for 1 minute or until egg is fully cooked. Let stand for a minute or two.
Step 3
Place a tortilla bowl on the plate and carefully empty the egg, meat, cheese, and vegetable mixture into the tortilla.
Step 4
Add more cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
