College Kitchen: Caribbean Cooler Smoothie
What you Need
- Strawberry Juice
- Orange Sherbet
- Fresh or Frozen Peaches
- Fresh or Frozen Strawberries
- Spoon or Ice Cream Scoop
- Ice
- Cup
- Blender
- Measuring Cup
Steps
- Measure 10 ounces of strawberry juice into the measuring cup, then pour it into the blender.
- Use the spoon or ice cream scoop and measure two scoops of orange sherbet into the blender.
- Scoop four or five strawberries and four or five slices of peach into the blender.
- Add five ice cubes.
- Blend for three minutes on high.
- Pour into a cup. Air bubbles will form during blending; just shake the blender a little to eliminate them.
