  • Baker alumna Dom Barbour led the Power Yoga session on the steps of Parmenter Hall. Barbour gave the students different levels of difficulty for poses.

  • Students were encouraged to bring their own yoga mats and towels to the event. Chair of Exercise is Medicine Kayelee Smith and Co-Chair of Exercise is Medicine Cheleia Marshall coordinated the event with the help of Exercise Science professors.

  • Sophomore David Dow and freshman Thomas Fehlhafer balance on one foot during the yoga session. It was estimated that there were over 70 students in attendance.

  • Students execute the tree pose while looking to Barbour for guidance. The event was hosted at 11 a.m. because there are no classes scheduled at this time on Tuesday's.
