The Baker University Wildcat Esports team is coming off an exciting week after facing Boise State, Full Sail Armada and Wichita State.

The Esports team started the week off by playing Boise State on Monday in round nine of the NACE Esports Fall Tournament. The best of five match went to the deciding fifth round between the Wildcats and the Broncos. The decisive fifth round went down to the final minutes to determine the winner before the Broncos defeated the Wildcats.

The Wildcats were back in action of Thursday against Full Sail Armada in the last round of the NACE Esports regular season. The Wildcats played another close match against Full Sail Armada but ended up falling in the end. Despite the loss, the Wildcats earned a spot in the playoffs.

The Wildcats next match was against the Wichita State Shockers in the Rocket League Tournament. The Wildcats came away with three match wins and a couple high finishes in the College Apex Blitz III. Even though the Wildcats had a strong performance, they did not place in the top 16 and will not move onto the next round.
