As semester finals approach, the Student Activities Council is preparing to provide stress relief activities for students.
“It’s just a good way to have a break,” SAC president Emily Beye said. “There’s no reason not to go and take a break from studying.”
This semester, SAC is hosting nights that include Wheat State Pizza, Tailgate Night, Ultimate Nacho Night and Appetizer Night.
While none of the events have been removed from the regular lineup, SAC has changed some of the foods available to cut back on some of the expenses. Even though the budget for the Wheat State Pizza night was lowered from $400 to $200, Beye said 40 pizzas will still be offered. The pizzas this year, however, will only have one topping instead of being specialty pizzas.
Fliers were posted around campus Tuesday to inform students what night each activity will be offered.
