Junior David Todd was arrested and charged Nov. 9 for disorderly conduct.
Todd was arrested at 419 Second St., near Liston Stadium, according to the Douglas County Jail booking report.
Dean of Students Cassy Bailey confirmed Thursday that Todd had been arrested and charged.
“Unfortunately, there would be some repercussions,” Bailey said. “In our student handbook it talks about off-campus behavior and misconduct. And, especially if it was in relationship with the soccer game, which at this point in the investigation, it seems like it was in relationship to the soccer game.”
Todd was taken to the Douglas County Jail and was released at 11:36 p.m. after paying $100 bail.
Todd did not return a call or an email to comment.
