Traveling to Oklahoma City for the first weekend in March, the Baker University baseball team brought home its first victory of the season. The Wildcats took on No. 4 Oklahoma City University and the University of Saint Mary on March 2-3 and ended the weekend with a 1-3 record.
Sisters Cari, Brittany and Kelsey Vollenweider are carrying on their family’s Baker tradition as teammates on the BU softball team. Their parents, Mark and Melissa, attended Baker in the 1980s and the three sisters have followed in their footsteps.
