The Baker men’s and women’s golf teams made the trip to the Saline Country Club to compete in the Kansas Wesleyan Fall Invitational on Monday and Tuesday. The men’s team finished eighth out of 14 teams, and the women’s team finished second out of the five teams competing.
The Baker men’s golf team finished its season in seventh place in the Heart of America Athletic Conference Championship at Swope Memorial Golf Course in Kansas City, Missouri on May 9-10.
The women’s golf team started its postseason in an unfamiliar fashion this year, compared to the past three years. The Wildcats finished third at the Heart of America Athletic Conference championship on Tuesday at Table Creek Golf Course in Nebraska City, Nebraska. Baker’s two-day total team score was 672.
